1. Absolutely No Rin'negan It is too over powered There Will Be ONE person allowed to have it with a very good bio and knows how to Role Play Well.
2.Uchiha Will Be Limited to a few So once it is Filled Do not try and Make an Uchiha App, It will be denied.
Rules Will Be Updated Regularly as I See Fit.
