description-the user gathers chakra to their mouths and then uses natural lightning from the sky which strikes them and is channled into their mouths the user then releases the chakra and lightning which have merged together and it comes out as a huge yellow dragon with red eyes it goes straight for the opponent if touched by the dragon it will enter their body and burn their insides to a crisp then exit the body come back and explode with the force of a small bomb the drawback to such a jutsu is for a second or two that the lightning takes to get to the mouth the user will take damage from it feeling the shock of it and the damage can affect the nerves as well

History:the Ornami clan was formed long ago when they ran from an unknown country to the land of fire where they were invited to stay in konoha as protectors for many generations they protected and served konoha as best they could until the boy Zakare was born he was gifted with the ability to control the eyes better then anyone else but at the age of ten he became bored with such an exsistence and when he asked the leaders of the clan if he could leave they refused his request he became angry he went to his fathers closet and took his armor and slaughtered the entire clan even his own family after that he disappeared konoha thought he was dead like the rest of his clan until now...

is there any drawback to having the lightning strike them? burns at all?

well i would say no since it would be channled into the chakra in the mouth instantly but i suppose they would feel the lightning shock for a second or two since it does have to get there first
